1Do you provide design and build or customization in playground design?
Absolutely. We, Shamrock Arena have continuously exceed expectations working with our stakeholders to transform ideals into reality. Our team of experienced fabricator, inspired designers, R&D and dedicated sales team are ready to develop and manage your next playground project.
2Do you export to overseas?
Our product is export ready and have made presence in some of the countries. Currently, we are actively looking for overseas counterpart to explore their country’s demand on playground and outdoor gym in town development, education sectors and others. Do contact us if you are interested to be our affiliates or agent.
3What is the warranty period of the playground and fitness product?
All playground and outdoor gym equipment supplied comes with a warranty certificate that covers manufacturing defects. Generally, main structures which is of steel components are covered for 5 years and plastic components are covered for 3 years against structural failure caused by manufacturing defect. While components with mechanical mechanism as well as safety flooring is warranted for 2 years. You may request a copy of the warranty certificate from our customer service.
4Do you provide after sales service or maintenance program to the playground we purchased from you?
It’s our responsibility to provide a good after sales service to ensure the safety aspect of the playground and be accountable to its users. While most recreational facilities requires maintenance to keep it functional and stay for a longer period of time, so as a playground. Please contact our service hotline and respective sales person to know more about our maintenance program.
5What are the available safety flooring material used in playground?
While there are many unitary flooring material that provides safety in the playground, there are two most commonly applied synthetic rubber flooring which are the ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) and safety rubber tiles. Aesthetically, artificial turfing with appropriate rubberized base material is also one of the favourite choice available in the market.
6Is your playground design suitable for toddler and do you have any equipment for senior citizen and the disabled?
